TBA- 47th Ward Clean and Green to be held in early April at Clark Park.

Chicago River Day Cleanup is Saturday May 9th from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. It is an annual event sponsored by the City of Chicago and The Friends of The Chicago River. The Clark Park Advisory Council makes it our main work day for the park. Pls arrive early to fill out a few forms, and help organize the days work! Afterwards there is a free picnic at River Park for all participants.

Annual Clark Park Moonlight Canoe - Sunday September 13th from 5:30PM to 9:30PM. Come out and enjoy the wild natural scenery of the North Branch of The Chicago River while canoeing or kayaking under the moonlit stars! This is Clark Parks main fundraiser held annually to benefit park programs. For $50.00 you will get a riverine tour of the North Branch of the Chicago River and afterwards a catered dinner riverside from SemiRamis restaurant. Pls see the reservation form within.




*For all workday events, it is a good idea to bring your own gloves, and be aware that there may be poison ivy and mosquitos when working in the park.
